    Does a villain always have to be redeemed?

    I love complex, multi-dimensional villains and the Joker villains that know they're bad and want to watch the world burn, with a preference to the latter. It just depends on the story and the execution.

    How many words are you looking for in a chapter

    I strive to aim for at least 3k words, but it fluctuates, depending on how long it takes to reach a natural conclusion in the chapter. Definitely more than 1k words.
