Just properly read the terms of the contract so that you can decide what will be good for you. If you doubt the terms of the contract, don't sign. And also be careful in filling the contract...

Maybe try Wattpad or Webnovel? Wattpad is slow to get viewers but the readers are pretty friendly for me. For webnovel, you can gain readers by uploading daily. Though you might lack so many advantages if you don't have a contract in webnovel so you have to update alot or self-promote in the forums.
