    So I started working out again… when did my body gets so heavy and stiff? Anyway Day 1 on my exercise log. Nothing to crazy just a quick 15 minute work out. To think I use to be at the gym for at least 4 hours 5 days a week 2 years ago. Back on the painful grind again haha.
