I'm six chapters ahead, which doesn't sound like much, but my chapters are anywhere from 10k to 40k words. With a 3k to 4k part every Friday, I have quite a backlog. Keep in mind that they aren't edited, which is something I desperately need to get around to doing.

Agreed. Like, my back log at a 2,500 to 4k words a week is probably four months. That gives me enough time to finish writing it and do a bit of Book Four before I mass release. I can only do this because of the backlog.
