Why is there so many scammer artist? When I first posted my story some time ago, there was 2 scammers saying they love my story and got some ideas for cover art. Is this normal?

Hi I’m currently working on the cover and I finished the line art and the most basic stuff. I wanted to know if there is anything I should add or change before rendering. Any critique is welcome.
