    As long as you don't enroll your book into kindle unlimited, you're good. KU requires exclusivity for 90 days and you have to manually unenroll your book at that time. KDP doesn't like incest or dubcon. I'm not sure about Google play, but it's probably similar to KDP as far as content guidelines.

    Yes, you provide links for which sites you want them to leave a review. Booksprout will send out reminders for them to review. Of course not everyone will leave a review, but you can opt to exclude them from future books until they complete the previous review. More reviews = social credibility...

    I use Booksprout for my contemporary books and having reviews on release day helps a ton. You can invite reviewers to your 'team' so they always get an alert when you have a book up for reviews, and Booksprout will send reminder emails so you don't have to.     Gonna write a book.

    Try writing the blurb/summary first as a starting point. This will get you to start brainstorming the story and then you can create an outline (if you outline) from that. From there, you'll want to ask yourself what is the MC's goal, motivation, and then what is the overall conflict for the story.
