What time do you all go to sleep? Do you all have a proper sleep schedule? I've been realizing that my sleep schedule is really messed up. I go to sleep at 3 a.m and wake up at 8:30 ish or 9 a.m.... and lately I've been going to sleep later and later... am I getting insomnia?
