I have come to notice that a lot of smut stories, either for having a sensual cover or going smutty right off the bat usually get slapped with heap of 1-stars within days of posting. For a site that embraced the premise of great freedom in posting, is this supposed to be a worrying trend?

I read a novel with this theme some time ago, it was a league above other novels on the site at the time and I got hooked. Now I couldn't find it anywhere, not even on other sites. Did it somehow get removed?
