    I know it's a bit hasty, but I'd like to know if I'm starting any good

    This is the first story I've ever written, so it's a bit rough. I'd really appreciate any and all feedback. What am I doing okay? What am I doing poorly? What should I focus on? Is the synopsis eye-catching enough? Are the opening two chapters interesting? I know the cover image kinda sucks...
