what are some things which breaks your immersion or bothers you while reading a story/novel? it could be something as petty as a grammatical error lol

how do you even read and imagine it? you cant understand the type of sounds produced either without being a good musician or something, putting music into words is whack, wbu guys?

I read a novel about 2 months ago but I forgot it's name. I know it's plot though; basically a guy gets isekai'd and he is a human MC. He tries to beat the most powerful villain and save the world. No litrpg btw Thanks for the help!
