What's the difference between those two things? Does view are people who just look at it while reader are people who read it?

While write my novel, I have a question about when I should update my new chapter after done writing it. I normally start writing around 3-5 in evening and normally I finish writing roughly 2-3 hour depend of the story. My question are, does updating on different time effected my work or not?

Is 1000-1200 words good enough for a chapter when writing? I always have this problem mostly because, if the chapter too long, it will make me harder to remember what i was writing before but if the chapter were too long, it's gonna be much harder for me to end the chapter. So my question was...
