I currently have four chapters out and the pageviews on each go 58, 53, 58, 36. Five people just skipped over chapter 2?

I've seen that authors go to their readers' profiles and comment their thanks and what not. Isn't that weird and off putting?

I've now received two 5 star ratings! Got three chapters out. Got to be doing something right.
