I always tries to give character a flaws but it end up being perfect character, so I want to know some flaws to give my character, as well how not make perfect one?

I just read some MTL novel, and it's quality is very worse for me, so I thought of translating those novel, and upload here? If I can't, then is there any other website where I can do translating or if I can then what should I pay attention to it?
