    They hated DS2 bc its clunky and aimless and bc its not made by Miyazaki but when Miyazaki himself said that he based Elden Ring on Ds2.

    I found something funny while reading the latest chapter of Absolute Dominion.

    Yeon (This guy is the one who almost bested MC because the MC was using a standard sword while this guy had his own sword) wanted to beat MC's mother who rescued the MC from the mines since MC's sword broke he's not using the Demon Blade or the Gentleman's Blade and he didnt bring it with him before he got kidnapped.

    So, Yeon thought about making the MC mother serious in fighting him because he felt that she's not taking their fight seriously.


    Imo, this guy walks the path of the sword but can't put simple 2 plus 2 together. It was obvious that MC's mother wont go all out with a small fry like him.

    This balding Mt. Hua Elder who became the Flying Swallowtail Association's dog had the audacity to even talk shit to the MC when he can't even beat the MC in his normal state as he had to rely on his superior's help on sealing the MC's internal energy.

    Even if the MC is nerfed, he still cant beat him and even gave him enlightenment while he was killing him.

    Imo, the MC still hasn't shown his true power. In previous chapters, MC's mom has shown her power a little bit as she is shown to have very high assassination arts although, its probably the tip of the iceberg.

    MC released his own techniques to the murim world which is the Heavenly Demon Arts and his rival, the Murim Alliance leader learned the technique under 6 months and tried to defeat him but lost again.

    I dropped Slime a long time ago, so after the quick wiki, basically the dude's Kouki but slightly sensible.

    I think he is a more proper stand-in than Kouki for "stupid nice main character" we often seen in works. Case and point, Luffy from One Piece.

    Still, forced niceness is still cringe.
