The last dude, is simply a random mercenary that kill for money.
He is simply kinda immortal bc he can steal "hearts" from his victims.
So its kinda weird that Naruto forgive EVERYONE (especially with their motives) but this random mercenary that live for money = KILLED. And naruto didnt even try to TALK NO JUTSU.
