So back in 2014, I have two students who are unusually close to me. I mean, I'm always close to my students enough for some of them to act like close friends, or younger brother/sister.
But these two were unusually close. And then, girl A finally confessed one time that she had a crush on me. Girl B knew this, and often act as support, though she also confessed to me. I did answer and rejected them as a teacher should. And I thought that's it.
Then, one time, Girl A gave something to me as a gift. Seeing it as a harmless gesture, I accepted it. Girl B saw that, and also gave me a gift, a stuffed toy dog. I didn't notice then, but I think that's when everything went downhill.
Weeks and months passed and I noticed Girl B slowly becoming possessive. She would ask about the girls (students and co-teachers) I would talk to, and she was even jealous of Girl A.
Then, came the time when Girl B got so jealous, she pulled me into one of the hidden corners of the school, asking about our relationship (there was none; I'm ethical about teaching). I remember her crying and demanding that I cut-off relationship with other girls.
