I don't know but try this and then apply a hot towel to the tender area if the pain is muscle base or an ice pack if it is joint pain.

You could also try drinking real cranberry juice once a day for a week.

Make sure you keep your mineral levels, sodium and pottasium, refreshed when you drink a lot of water.
Also Flex Tape, I can't stop thinking about flex tape.

It is the 2-4 inches above my pelvis. The whole area just hurts like someone has taken a hammer to it.
