Actually, I too hate the term because it doesn't really reflect what it is.
In simple incel terms, the chastity here refers to female not engaging in sex and be "pure"
and prim aka not acting like a sex crazed animal.
The reverse chastity basically just meant that the women's biological clock went overdrive and crave carnal desires more than the men ie nymphomania (another incel term)
