And about the lumpia versions? You prolly haven't seen or taste those unless you've been here in Flipland. Lumpiang shanghai is always the Flip-Murican standard whenever introducing lumpia to other cultures.
Oh wait, I haven't written about the Turon, which is basically a piece of banana wrapped in pastry roll, rolled in sugar and deep fried until the sugars caramelized.
