Btw, 4Ps are poor families that are beneficiaries of the government's dole out program. Taxes the middle class too high (like me), and they give it to poor peeps who don't get taxed and get all the social system benefits, while we middle class have to fend for ourselves. The rest are put inside the politician pockets.

I would declare myself to be poor and stop working.

It's pretty much the same in India too.
