Ever since 2018, the Supreme Court has declared that sports gambling is a constitutional right

Every single state except Hawaii and Utah have at least one form of legal gambling.

But Hawaii is a fake state and Utah is... Utah.

So overrall good proggress in the gambling scene.

Yes. Whatever legal semantics used doesn't change the fact that it's an event betting platform.
