Yeah, that's a translation, a bad one since it means 'spoiled boy, defective' but dog people here don't call their dogs that. They speak a strange language of shoo, hap hap, toh, mua, chu and other inhumane sound a cat lover like me cannot comprehend.

You should've cussed your dog in Bihari, "Tohar ma ki abcd! Bhadwe ki aulat! Kutte ki aulat!" For maximum effect.
I wish I could translate this so others can understand, but it is like recalling what that drunk man at the pub said to you, you have no idea, you just know he said something about your mom or something.

I don't know the literal translation either. It's just something I heard from the rickshaw-walas when I went to India for "sightseeing".
