I took a fever-reducing pill, or whatever they're called... On the plus side, my temperature isn't 102°F anymore. On the minus side, my fingers and toes are cold.

My solution to a temperature that high is just to start the shower on warm, get in, and slowly lower the temperature while my body adjusts until it gets as cold as the shower will go.
