If you go to an international food store, you can get something packaged as Thai tea. Then you can buy the tapioca pearls there too. I've done it once. Was a little strange for my taste.

@Azhurie_Mythephan I’m Asian, and there are tons of Asian grocery stores around me, so I’m surrounded by packaged milk teas haha. Ah but my friend from Australia sent me one of her favorite teas, and it smelled so nice, had a strong vanilla accent, so I wanted to make it into milk tea.
