No I do not.

Oftentimes I drop off around c1000 plus because I can't handle the drag on BS anymore.

The reason why such a long chp no. is because it is a popular work and creators will try to milk it as long as they can.

The second thing is that for CN authors, they are paid with word count as well as popularity.

While the latter might dip, the former can be a stable income.

And the risk of making a new work that would probably flop is too great.

My record is getting past 1,2k with Emperor's Domination. The moment the ascending part was done, I lost interest because it was, as Nuffian says, repeat BS.

They are rehashing the same plotlines, always starting from ground zero, no matter what, reintroducing the same type of characters with a different name. It's like being demented and forgetting what you did or why you're here... Just to suffer?

@Corty I was exactly thinking about Emperor's Domination. But I felt like other people won't believe it if I asked with '6000+ chapters'

It was a shame bcs ED (heh) has some interesting concepts but it's just obvious the further you read the more fillers in there. It had been years since I dropped it.

The author has a beautiful mind that pccasionally sparks good idea, but let's be serious, sometimes it is best to let go and go to new patch.

Then again, Qidian or some whack company holds the IP so...

*aggressive milking ensues*

Also, I recalled giving a link to a CN with 13k chapters.
