1) Vampires. Hands down vampires. It fold into my fetish for blood.
1a - mature lesbian romance.
2) high school drama. I'm 55 years old and left that behind in 1989.

Reading wise, I still like good fantasy - my favorites are the Shannara series, Dragonlance , horror - mostly Stephen King, Agatha Christie. Treasure Island, The count of Monte Cristo, the legend of sleepy hollow. Vampire wise - mostly Anne Rice.

Ohhhh.
I'm with you on the high school drama.
Never really liked it.
Vampire stuff can be hit or miss for me. It depends on what the lore the writer chose for it is.
Personally not into GL, but everyone has their preferences. (Prefers BL and Het for romance...mostly BL)
I've heard of all of what you mentioned, but never read any of them.

Fantasy, Interstellar, Apocalypse, Hunterverse, Guideverse, ABO-verse, Quick-Transmigration, Unlimited Flow Horror, BL, Cataclysm, etc...
