Always cracks me up when a person goes, "We should be kinder to each other. Let's spread kindness, UwU. " The next minute the same person find someone they disagree with and go full Low Tier God.
It's funny when women in fiction are drawn or described having huge chest, and people go, "Ouch, their back!" Yet when a twig-like boy or a loli are drawn wielding a huge sword or axe no one goes, "Ouch, their wrists, shoulders, backs, their everything!" Somehow being stupidly strong in a fantasy is enough to handle weapons that weight a ton, but isn't enough to handle big boobies.
Are there any light or web novels where MC spends a lot of time in swamps, bogs, marshes, wetlands, whatever you want to call it? Or at least one arc takes place there.
There is only one thing worse than systems in novels. It's when the system forces MC to act a certain way even when they don't want to do it. Authors who can't find a way to write MC organically are pathetic.
I am reading this KR web novel, why is it so bad? It's literally the same thing I've read 10-20 times before. People greatly overestimate how good KR novels are in comparison to CN or JP novels. KR web novels are plagued by problems just like CN and JP novels, they are simply different set of problems.
Life is tough, but a new day will come. With the new day come new opportunities, new choices. We will live our live like that, day by day, week after week. A year from now on some will even welcome new life into the world. During hard times think of the only constant in the world, @RepresentingEnvy and the deletion of her account. An island of stability in these turbulent times.
I gave a novel on SH's trending a try, and I am feeling so conflicted. It is so bad, I want to read more just to write a review that points out flaws. No shitting on it, legit review that highlights all the flaws and few good parts.
