This recent news, reminded me that old Japaneses, are piece of shit that have huge huge huge xenophobia.
The kind that despise and hate foreigners.

Not the 2025 "reasonable" xenophobia caused by migrants that are POS.
But the xenophobia that basically dont care, unreasonably hate, and selfishly keep stuff to themselves (games).

For the sake of freedom of creative expression, companies like Nintendo and Disney need to lose their shit in a major way.

It not a good patent.

After reading the patent. Its seems the patent is "throwing ball to summon to battle" AND "throwing ball to capture." in the same game.

A game dev you can easily sidestep most of the claim by not using a "ball" or not "throwing" or only "summon" and not "capture" or vice versa.

Also not needing to weaken to it thru battle to capture will also avoid the claim.

Patents and Copyright are meant to protect individual creators. The system has been turned on its head to favor the big players. Companies that continually pull this tyranical petty bullshit need to have their entire IP shifted to public domain.
