I think today's doctor's appointment was the quickest I'd ever been seen by my doctor. Went in, got my BP checked, confirmed I'm still feeling okay, let her know I've been walking more and lost a little weight, she wrote my blood work request and then I was out. Like... 20 minutes tops and that's including the 15 minute wait.

So far BG3 has been pretty good for a DnD game. My dice rolls are still terrible and RNG is still screwing me. Failed a skill check of 5 with a 4, then redid it and failed with a 2, so tried for a third and critical failed with a 1.

Well, reading a new story with a character reborn after getting murdered during the apocalypse, she immediately goes straight to "murder them all" and begins hunting down the people who harmed her. It's like Arya Stark with a list, only it's not taking 7 seasons.

I finished the 1000+ chapter story. Now I'm irritated because it ended with the equivalent of "they lived happily ever after now that these other people killed themselves by being stupid" as if that was the only problem left to solve.

Huh. So... this story has humans with powers and all the kids that have survived the apocalypse are naturally smarter than pre-apocalypse kids their age. This means, the author has an excuse to write a kid commenting that a woman was a "Bus". I might be overtired but it made me cackle.
