Although I do like long games

That's the dumbeest thing I've ever heard.

They should be paid more to make a bunch of shorter games.

If you're giving the employees more, might as well get more content in some other way.

Well yes, but the post specifically said that the employees are working less.

That means they're not spending the time they could be on developing other games on fewer games, they're just doing nothing with that time.
