What are the rules on equipment?

If anything goes, humans use the superior military of the United States of America alongside other influential countries to decimate the fantasy races before turning on each other now that the common enemy is gone. Of course USA would be the victor leaving them to a final race war, which the whites would win for in that country, they have the numbers.

If a 100 man vs Gorilla type deal where no one gets anything but their fists, then the dragons win as they just birn everyone down while flying too high to be injured themselves.

It would be my fictional race(Aushephexiiv), which all have at least the ability to become supreme god emperor level beings, and if nothing goes wrong, then they will reach their potential. They may also cultivate to go beyond this with lesser success, up until becoming an outer god, which is one step below the highest origin level, which has and will only ever have one being, who's name is Tony.

If you want to be technical though, then the real answer is Tony, who is the Origin. However, he does not technically belong to any race.

Lets separate him from humanity, and just call his race Wighte. Also, skin color is not a race, it is a genetic variation among a race, ie. the Human race.
