Okay, so... a vampire cannot go outside in the day. This causes severe decomposition of their genetic structure, via their extreme weakness to solar radiation, which would cripple them within a day, and kill them through extreme suffering within a week, and if they do survive, they won't survive the cancer throughout their entire body.

Their extreme regenerative abilities are powered by both magic and biological processes. This would cause extreme discomfort and, if the wound is bad enough, excruciating pain simply from the quick shifting of the cells, not even accounting for mitosis, and also could drain their entire mana pool relatively quickly just from losing an arm and a leg, causing them to die of the backlash or fall into a coma.

Silver. They're all extremely allergic, and can't be seen in reflections on it. Silver rejects their presence, as does their body reject it. Garlic. Garlic contains compounds that are highly poisonous to them, suggesting that anything else that contains them is also poisonous to them.

No matter who you are, I don't think you're going to survive a stake drove into your heart, so a stake through the heart isn't really a weakness of only them, but rather of all life with only one heart, and if you do it enough times, all life that rely on hearts

Also, they can't enter someone else's house without them having a welcome mat or sign near the door, or being invited in by the owner or an affiliate. This is kind of like how a vampire cannot enter a church of God, and suggests that if you own a house, then inside of it, you are a god, and the house is your domain. Vampires cannot enter a divine domain that rejects their existence.

This is also why they have greeters at the door of Wal-Mart and Sam's Club. Not many other stores have greeters at the door, so vampires can't get in. This suggests that Wal-Mart and Sam's Club both receive major funding from vampires. Places like McDonald's do greet you, but only in the drive-thru, suggesting that a vampire would need to go through the drive-thru before being able to enter the building.

Human's normally have instinctive rejection of those who are different than them in even one major aspect, even within the scope of the human race. As humans dominate the surface of the planet, and having vampire hunts in the past, humans might not look too kindly towards vampires. Not to mention that anyone who devoutly follows teachings of one of the major religions would try to kill them.

If they went out into human society and told someone they were a vampire, then they would be ridiculed, refused service on the premise of not being a human, spat on, lynched, kicked, beaten, ganged up on, have their family slaughtered while they are unable to do anything against an angry mob of people, and most likely would be stateless, as non humans aren't typically given citizenship in any human nation.

Also, since they have heightened senses, I would say that they would probably vomit when smelling things that normal people only sneer their nose at, feel disgusted by sights that normal people find pleasing, feel pain from even the slightest touch with the amount of touch and pain receptors they would have, eating food would be a chore rather than a pleasure and would cause vomiting.
