Make it your goal to circumvent them by becoming their boss and removing them from their positions?

@Representing_Tromba Philippine rules in promotions, especially in public positions, would require me to study masters and doctor's degree. Not only those aren't in my mind, I also got into teaching so I can always face students instead boring adults.

Filipinos have this curse that once they were given a bit of authority, they would abuse it, thinking the world owes something to them, which, unfortunately, extends to the rank and file.

What's worse is that, when they see you do something they need, they would abuse you to death.

Like me coughing up free drawings, free automated systems, and other stuff I took my time to study myself.

I love teaching students, but I'm slowly burning out trying to catch to expectations, else my work life will be hell.

I am already considering resigning.

So it really is a settle or be settled situation. That sucks.

Yeah. And as someone who just wants to do his work, I'm being sucked into someone else's ambitions.

I'm giving them the systems I developed, and artworks I drew. Use them as they like it; just leave me alone.

If you are already thinking of resigning, perhaps use the time you have left to stand your ground and just refuse to do anything extra for them. Let them know what walking all over you leads to.

Can't resign yet; still saving up money for business. But I'm refusing when I can.

Heh, sometimes I wanna curl up in some corner and just sleep all day.
