There is one in Wyoming that's $100K. And with some work, could be profitable. I figure a capitalist commune, all residents are Shareholders, and we build things that make money, like a solar field to power a Bitcoin miner, and a massive server farm to host gaming servers, cheaper than our competitors, farms that grow crops we can't sell, and so on.
