I do believe there are readers who enjoy collecting stories just to drop them. Meaning your story is still on their reading list, just under Dropped. Otherwise, if a reader deletes your story, you wouldn’t even see it listed.

Anyway, should I feel demoralised that 69 people dropped my story or proud of it?
