I'm not one to get offended by what some random westerner says about the country I happened to be born in, but it makes me wonder how people get to this mindset where things can't just exist for the sake of themselves. Like, Indonesia not being as globally impactful as it could be is somehow a detriment to everyone else.

The NSA watches internally. The CIA watches both but is more focused internationally. Most of it is monitering cell phone, internet, and city cameras. The birds are only cameras in rare cases.
