Basically, the current work is about MC whose superpower allows him to mutate his own skills.

I'll be honest, this reminded me of a different work alot and I hated the other work because it leaned more heavily on jokes than murder.

While this author that I am currently reading leans very heavy on murder and dark side of humanity.

I like.

Ohhh.
If you want more inspiration on the ability to mutate/change skills, the MC in [Arena], a Korean novel gains a skill that allows him to combine two skills together to get another new skill.
He doesn't have it immediately, but once he does get it, it's interesting what he ends up making from it.

There's also quite a bit of death and killing in it.
Not a lot, but definitely more than a hundred human deaths caused by the MC, I think.

Read that before.

I think I was iffy once MC gain flame of life that made old rich people healthy again.

And once MC killed the first boss that wiped his first team out, things become meh.

Also, he has dimension bag and he used it to help bring a satellite into other dimension...

I really liked it.
I especially liked it when he learned about spirits and why he ended up with two - which was why the elves were so friendly and trusting of him when they saw the cute kitty.

Also, can I just say how happy I am that I've finally found someone else who's read that novel?

Everyone else I've mentioned it to has never heard of it.

I also forgot where I dropped it.

I think the fire dog could increase the damage of attacks.

Or kill a ton of Chinese guys irl?

I can't really recall the story.

But I did recall early him getting sold out by a korean manager to the chinese for some reason (was it the flame of life or dimensional pouch?) and two chinese agents tried to capture him.

I don't really remember him getting sold out by a Korean manager, but that could just be poor memory.
There were two Chinese guys who tried to kill him near the mountain about 10 mins from his place.
They were his first people kills which gave him a load of karma points cos they had negative karma.

But he got beseiged at his new place by a whole load of Chinese later on while he was living with his new girlfriend and another female 'player' who was...Russian?
That led to a load of people kills, too, which wracked a lot of points for him as well.

But then in the other world he besieges a pirate fortress and kills about 100+ pirates who are all Chinese 'players' with negative karma, or people working with them.
Then there's a war between an evil empire (which the Chinese 'players' are working with to resurrect an evil wizard/emperor) and everyone else in that world.
