Most probably because it's the 'estranged' translators who aren't too keen on NU not having a fanfic genre (and fandom box), even though translated fanfics arent disallowed at all. They also figure here is easier to get an audience despite the hidden feature risk.

Are they not just "translators" seeking quick bucks?
