Do you think anyone would take being called stupid in such a ham fisted way favorably. It wasn't funny or even well done, I'm utterly disappointed.

It was made in jest, but if you truly can't see the obvious connection between what you said and my reply, then maybe you accidentally proved me right on a point I was never arguing.

I saw the connection, and that's what disappointed me. It was too obvious, it like I put the ball on a Tee. There wasn't anything witty, anyone could have half-assed that retort out. We're supposedly writers, where is the creativity?

Where is the creativity in saying you don't like the fact that idiots can breed? If you are to complain about a response not being witty, your original quip has to at the very least be. Don't be a hypocrite.

My original statement was a genuine belief. I actually believe you should be required to do an iq test before you can have kids.

Oh well, that changes things. You have legitimate disdain for people you believe to be lesser than yourself. You're just a bigot.

To mock someone you genuinely look down upon is always an action done in bad taste and the degree to which such behavior is acceptable depends entirely on how deplorable the person being mocked is. People with low IQs aren't deplorable, so you truly looking down upon them and thinking it's acceptable to spout your disgust without an ounce of irony is.
