Stopped at C11 because WTF was I reading? Basically the world is lovecraft af and I finally can't stand it.
I vaguely recall why no LitRPG author lately does "let MC choose which power/ evolution" thing.
While it does tickle the readers with "what could have been", it also makes the author look like a bellend when the selection is obvious like for example
Pick: increase swordsmanship, mage hand, LITERAL GODHOOD.
Then it turns the author into a bigger bellend when he chose anything but the most obvious answer.
Not yet drop this but this is boring in the sense that in the chps I read, to 53, is quite boring.
Solely because at earlier chps, MC is old and useless so everyone wants to kill him.
Now he is no longer and somehow has everything, it just becomes a stupid waiting game.
Might be something wrong with me, but I cannot stand this work.

It really is an irritating thing when you don't want to do something and got forced into it because of stupid reasons.
Best part is that you are also the one forking the bill.
Always find it quite odd that it was slow for the Chinese to do pictured doujins on having sex with so called cultivator women when Japan and the West had already banked on rawdogging (yes I am still using the old meaning) mikos and nuns.
