Eating is important. Malnutrition and lack of vitamins could definitely have a major impact in cognitive vitality. If you're constantly foggy, then it's a good first thing target to turn that around!
I made a delicious ravioli dish you could have some of. It's my favorite, and Id normally not give it up, but you're one of my only readers so I must protect you!
Fry garlic in a bit of oil, add green onions and shrimp. Cook til shrimp are done. Boil ravioli on side. Add to saucepan when shrimp are done cooking while adding Alfredo sauce and imitation crab meat. Cover and cook for 10 mins on medium heat while stirring freqeuetly. Add pepper and seafood seasoning if you like more flavor.
Makes like 2-4 meals easily. So good. Better as leftovers.
I have no garlic, oil, or green onions. But I have cucumbers!
I have no shrimp, or imitation crab. But I have smoked ham!
I also have no alfredo sauce, ravioli, or seafood seasoning. But I have cream cheese! That's kind of like alfredo sauce, right?
And I have pepper! I'll use medium heat on the microwave. Hopefully it works!
