You’d be lucky if it is within the 150k to 200k range. ?

In other words, you got invested in the lore and couldn't back out as it became integral to the plot.

Yep, it also highlights something that isn’t much of a focus in the series. And that is reincarnation. The time you realize the beast of a story you created. :blob_no:

It would be easier if I never added in the profile parts to begin with. Since now readers are expecting an extra Bonus Scene or two when I do stuff now.

This started off as an experiment, to see how readers would react to a shift like this. Where they also get bonus content.

And they apparently love it. :blob_blank:

Recurring reincarnation in stories will always end up bulking out the plot's body.
*looks at [Omniscient Reader's Viewpoint] and thinks about how the 'original' story Kim Dokja read had thousands of chapters in it, and thousands of regressions for the original MC*

Well, now you know and can take that lesson with you for the next project you eventually start.

Yeah, Vita et Mors was the story I did that really got into the whole thing. As it covered two timelines.

Main story wise, you wouldn’t think about it much. Due to everything else that is going on, it wasn’t much of a focus.

Though, the hints were there. And story points reflects it from time to time. Though, it does have its role.

Nah, I am done when I finish these rewrites. ?

I’ve been on this damn thing for years. :blob_no:

'o'

But it's not necessarily a bad thing that you've worked on it for years.
It just shows how much love and care you've put into it.
Besides, you said your readers were really enjoying it, so that's a positive from it all, right?

From what I am tracking from the pattern and the vocal ones. :meowsip:

Most of them are religiously silent. I’ve tried everything. ?

If anything, I tend to attract the toxic ones vocally more often than not. :blob_evil_two:

I had someone who commented just to scream in pain. :blobtaco:

Just know, the higher up you get. The more undesirables you attract.

Honestly, still not sure. My style of writing isn’t meant to be an easy one.

They must have gone in expecting a straight up read, but musta overloaded immediately, when they saw it is gonna take a high reading level. :meowsip:

Well, I guess you could take it as a special form of compliment in that you made the reader think and process what you'd written?
Not to sound like a broken record, but ORV had moments that really made you have to put on your big brain cap in order to understand what was going on and being discussed by the characters.

I like stories that challenges me to think. If I am reading it straight up and not understanding, it is fun to tackle it from another angle. Which may require multiple turning wheels.

My entire series is designed to make you put on the thinking cap. ?

Though, put in the effort. And I ensure to deliver the rewards.

Kind of like with mystery plots where you try to figure out things before the MC.

Nah, but the clues are there for you to figure that stuff out beforehand. More like, think multiple layers.

A sentence will not only mean one thing, but can mean multiple at the same time. And all are true, which also reveals more about the story.

You’re dealing with a lot of metaphors and imageries. Think more like a rhythm, and that rhythm links into complex reveals. Emotions, depth of action, story, lore, etc.

Nothing will be at face value.
