Why tho?

Got curios why some people do that so I wanted to have a try at it.

I think at this point I can definitively say that I'd rather leave out the meat all together then go through that smooth texture again.

Switch to roast and baked seasoned chicken.

Yeah, this was for chicken nuggets tho, I think I'm getting hung up on how small and smooth it is, not like regular chicken were there's layers.
