Because, not all men, but always a man.
I'm sick of this shit. They don’t care if you are a 8 y/o or a 86 y/o. Even if I cover myself up, they will find a way to sexualize me. It doesn’t matter if it’s his daughter or his sister, or a complete stranger. Women aren't safe anywhere
It's not exactly a country problem, but a people problem. Bad people will always exist, sadly. Unless we create some system that came out of a Black Mirror episode that will control all life on earth.
When I do agree with you, lemme properly express myself. What I wanted to say was "I wish there were a country where there were no men—no male species at all."
Well well, I do agree with you regarding some aspects. But, considering safety of human beings, women are better. No woman will molest you because you wore a sundress at the age of 2.
@Prince_Azmiran_Myrian Without minimizing the trauma of male SA victims or pretending women are angels, I don't think you can reduce the issue of sexual assault to "oh women aren't any better". There are deeply engrained cultural aspects that make women more likely to be victimized. The patriarchy harms men too, by the way. It's why male victims of sexual assault have a hard time speaking up too.
I never said women are better. But, if you look at the ratio of men and women who are raped or sexually assaulted, you can see It's 9:91. And, the assaulters are 99% men. So, my point still stands. Men are the worst regarding human safety.
This reminds me of the survival show of men vs women.
The women were miserable, even with extra help.
The men were thriving.
Women cannot survive without men.
