This one was hitting close. Very very similar to what I am writing.
Because MC has the system that allows him to instantly master all skills to maximum.
But unlike the standard "master the skill and buff the body as well", it is more like MC having all knowledge of the skill but still need to train his body into properly using the full skill ie the software is jacked but the hardware still lacking. -
