:blob_melt: How I am supposed to know which story you are talking about?

One is literally titled Janitor ?

:blob_melt: I think people don't understand, or misread me. They think in absolutes, extremes, and immediately assume I hate smut and want to destroy it. That is what they call my agenda.

:blob_melt: The legal professional applies rules and guidelines in an unemotional manner regardless of interests. I demand them being applied not because I support them, but because they are the rules, the law.

I think.. I want to understand.. where all the anomosity comes from...

But obviously, I have individual interests and they manifest themselves. :blob_melt: I am of the opinion of smut on this site has exceeded reasonable limits to the detriment of the general reputation and content.

A bit of smut is acceptable, but please within limits.

just to be clear. I don't fault you on that opinion, but what I want to understand is, if all smut falls under the legal limits of the site. but the sit is 99% smut, would that be, alright?

:blob_melt: I would guess so. But if the existing guidelines would be enforced with the necessary seriousness, most smut novels would need to go.

Pornographic stories - These are content that are basically porn without a plot. This is referring to the whole story, not a chapter or 50% of your story.

in this case i mean "smut" the genre, where its main purpose is to derive sexual pleasure in the reader.

This rule is the most crucial point. What can still be considered plot, and what not? If the plot fulfils no other than to provide a stage, I see a clear violation of this guideline.

Smut should be a subplot, not the main plot. :blob_melt:

But I admit, it is a very strict definition of mine.

I think.. I hope... that I am within the rules.
At the very least the smut in my story is a tiny part and not the overall focus.
The entire story is just for practice, and I wanted to practice everything.
Though.. I am now slightly regretting it >.>
I don't want to contribute to any problems <.<

:blob_reach: *gives you a huggle* You are not a problem, Freesia, not at all. :blob_melt:

I will share a little secret with you. Smut is actually not the preferred genre of most smut authors. So why do they write it?

Because it is their business model. Smut pays. :blob_melt: For many successful smut authors, it is their job and they earn well.

Ah. I just wanted to see what it's like, and like anything else, see how I feel about writing it. It also kinda annoys me in many stories when people, if in a similar situation IRL would totally bonk, never do in a story, it just feels awkward. Sexuality as a whole is a part of being human but it's so often either ignored entirely or becomes the main focus it seems.
Assurbanipal_II

:blob_melt: I agree, sexuality is certainly part of human reality, but it is not a permission to create a cat girl harem as a dungeon core.

In fact, would it take away from your story if you removed the smut tag?
Assurbanipal_II
Assurbanipal_II
That is certainly not smut. :blob_melt:

:blob_hmm_two: If you’re a dungeon core, isn’t cat girl harem one of the requirements to expand floors?

I don't think it would, I really wasn't sure what genre to use, and I preferred not to use redundant ones. For one you only get so many slots. I forget all the choices now, but I remember thinking, the others conveyed different things to me, uh.. I think Mature and Adult were a couple of them? But Smut seems to be clear- There will be sex stuff.
