Its not the lazy part the problem, but how this cliche character stereotype act.
Sure they kind, sure they take care of others, sure they are mature,
but at same time they dont bother to follow the mood (imagine MC group going "lets goooo !" "oooooohh!!!!" > "yawn" on the side)
or not taking others seriously. "hai hai hai, here a candy" (with a face of : urg so bothersome while scratching head)

I mean its like a group of joking of happy friends drinking and others joking "hey how about you break up with her and let me have her? hahahaha"
