Supported by USA and China? What? I agree with the USA statement but what does China have anything to do with it.

At that point Vietnam was controlled by revisionist forces and could be considered a puppet state of USSR. Deng Xiaoping's theory is one of the fundamental ideological blocks of modern China, and is an invaluable part of modern marxist theory. Under Deng China continued to be the main force resisting imperialism and social-imperialism. I find any implication that China acting as an imperialist inapropriate.

?‍ Just giving the history I know. I agree modern China is broadly an anti imperialist nation, but so is Vietnam. Don’t know about the revisionist leaders, would be good if you could find some reading. Currently Vietnam and China are the exemplars of modern socialism.

Yes. I will dm you some books if I find any on the history of Vietnam revisionism and how they managed to return to actual communism. I admit, I know about it from comrades from my party, not from my personal independent research and iirc that person was kicked out some time ago.
