Yeah, those are offensive racist stuff not the fun racist stuff. You know, you should watch some comedy shows and stand up comedy, they have a rich collection of none offensive jokes.

Well this was a joke about knowing the problem and doing it anyway so that one was intentional. What's the other one you're referring to?

No, that's not it, I think I made a grammatical mistake in my sentence—which I can't identify since it's past 4am and I'm still awake, I should sleep, probably—and that lead to a misunderstanding.

The joke (the one in the spoiler) was offensive but not funny, well at least to me didn't sound like something interesting.

That's why I said some comedy shows have racist funny jokes that aren't offensive.

I was joking I don't think you like censorship. But yeah the gypsy joke could've been made funny with some effort without taking out any of the offensive parts. The problem is I felt lazy so I didn't put spark in it by subverting expectations, making a pun or really anything that would transform it beyond being offensive for the sake of it.

That's largely a problem with dark humor, if you half-ass it people will react worse than half-assing a normal joke because you're saying some messed up stuff.
