Some rare case happen where the person, heavily drink, smoke, eat, and sex. And live until 100+ Its the fact "they are happy" that made them live that long (and luck/rng)
Imo it is less that they just stress about others, but they actually try to help them. Unfortunately, most who do so run into folks who benefit from harming others in some way.
